Delivery methods and terms:

ATTENTION: situation regarding COVID-19 and approaching the festive period delivery may be delayed up to 10 days.

    We send to Omniva post machines in Lithuania (delivery term 3-5 days from the date of sending the order).

   ✧ We send to LPExpress post machines in Lithuania (delivery term 3-5 days from the date of sending the order).

   ✧ We send with LPExpress to your home in Lithuania (delivery term 3-5 days from the date of sending the order).

   You can pick it up at the iMusic store (preparation time for withdrawal 1-2 days, the service is free).

     You can pick up the prepared order at address:  A.Goštauto g. 3/24, Vilnius

✦ If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to deliver your order within the scheduled time, we will contact you (el. mail, SMS message or phone call ) and we will inform you about the later delivery time. In any case, we guarantee the ordered goods will be delivered no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment of the orders, unless a different delivery date is specified for the item in question or agreed with you individually.


IMPORTANT: by choosing delivery to the post machines, remember that you must pick up the parcel from the post machines within the time limit set by the parcel service. When ordering delivery by courier to your home door, you must ensure that you are at home and accept the shipment during delivery.

Unsuccessful delivery and responsibility:

✦ If the delivery was not possible due not to the fault of the Seller(You have provided incorrect details when ordering, you were not at home at the time of delivery and etc.) or you do not pick up the shipment within the deadline set by the logistics company, and the logistics company returns the shipment to the Seller, the order is considered canceled, and you will be refunded the money paid for the goods, after deducting the delivery and the return fee.

✦ If the Logistics Company has not been able to deliver the shipment to you, and it is broken, lost and is not refundable to the seller, the seller is not obligated to return the money paid for the lost or damaged goods. This is the risk of accidental loss or damage the goods from the moment the attempt to deliver the goods become your responsibility, except, when the goods were not delivered through the fault of the Seller.

Returning the goods:

Audiovisual production orders cannot be returned.

We adhere to the Rules of Item Return and Exchange, approved by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, order no. 217, (June 29th, 2001). You can read it here.
