All parcels are delivered via registered mail services by Lithuanian Post. You can check the delivery status anytime using the tracking number provided by us at this link: http://www.post.lt/lt/pagalba/siuntu-paieska

If Lithuanian Post - our mailing service provider - cannot find you at home and deliver your order, their carrier should leave a postal slip for the product pick-up in the nearest post office. If you cannot find the postal slip in your mailbox, please try going to the post office - your package is likely to be there - just don't forget your tracking number.

  • What are the delivery times?

Delivery in Lithuania might take up to 3-7 working days if your ordered product is still in stock in our local warehouse. In case it's out of stock, the delivery may take up to 2-5 weeks until it reaches us from our supplier. Sometimes our supplier is out of stock entirely - in that case, we sincerely apologize and issue a refund.

  • Product search

When searching for a product, we recommend entering the artist's last name first, and then the first name. Band names are entered as usual. Make sure you enter the artist/band name correctly as our search system cannot process typos and errors.

  • I can't find the product I'm looking for

We can help you order any product, even if it's not in our catalog. If you can't find a product you want in our online catalog, please write us at shop@imuzika.lt and we will try to help you.

  • Do you issue VAT invoices?

If you'd like, we can issue a VAT invoice. In that case, please indicate that a VAT invoice is needed when making your order. VAT invoices are paid through online banking.

  • Discounts

iMuzika.lt discounts are annulled if you don't buy anything from the shop in 1 year period.

You can change your order depending on the order status. Please contact us at shop@imuzika.lt or by phone: +37061594001 - we will do everything to help you.

  • Can I return my order?

We comply with the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (No. 217 2001, June 29). You can read the order here. Audiovisual production is non-refundable.

  • My order is defective. What can I do?

Please reach out to us at shop@imuzika.lt. As per your request, we will either replace the damaged product, issue a refund or offer a discount for another purchase. If you have made a payment via the online banking service Paysera and would like to issue a refund, please send us your order details together with your bank account number.

  • Is it safe to make purchases on this website?

Yes. Once you log in to our website, all information is encrypted by SSL protocol.
