Thom Yorke said of the new live album, "When I was thinking about how to create arrangements for the Shakespeare Hamlet/Hail To The Thief theater production, I asked to hear some archived live recordings of the songs. I was shocked at the energy we played with back then. I barely recognized us, and it helped me find a way forward. We decided to mix and release these live recordings (it would have been crazy to keep them just for ourselves). The whole thing was a very cathartic process. We really hope you enjoy them."

Presented in a four panel gatefold sleeve with a metallic finish. Includes a sixteen page staple bound booklet. Sun shaped hype sticker applied to the shrink-wrap. Track subtitles differ slightly between the sleeve and booklet, such as track 4 ("Little Main being Erased." or "Little Man being Erased."), 7 ("Slowly Open our Mouth in the Cold." or "Slowly Open our Mouths in the Cold.") and 10 ("Judge, Jury Executioner" or "Judge, Jury & Executioner").
