Queen are not only the most successful band in England and rank even higher than the Beatles, they are also one of the most successful bands of all time with over 150 million records sold and over 700 live performances. After a record-breaking tour of Japan and Latin America, Queen arrived in Montreal in November 1981 with their No. 1 hit album "Greatest Hits". It was the band's only concert ever captured on 35mm film. As a great live band and with undoubtedly the best frontman of all time, Freddy Mercury, Queen outdid themselves on camera. The footage from the original film has been digitally restored, the sound has been remixed and remastered and is now released on the basis of the original multitrack tapes in DTS Surround Sound and PCM Stereo. Bonus material includes the group's complete Live Aid concert, plus previously unreleased recordings of the rehearsals for Live Aid with the songs 'Bohemian Rhapsody', 'Radio Gaga' and 'Hammer To Fall'. The bonus material is rounded off with previously unreleased interviews with the entire band at the Live Aid event, brand new commentaries by Brian May and Roger Taylor and interesting "before/after" comparisons of the restored material.
