Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Terms’) set out the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of a person purchasing goods from the online shop www.imuzika.lt (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Buyer’) and UAB ‘Milvid’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

1.2. By making a purchase via the online shop, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement

3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer, having created a shopping basket, specified a delivery address and read the Terms and Conditions, clicks the ‘Order’ button and pays for the order.

3.2. The Buyer is notified of the conclusion of the contract by means of an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT. The delivery charge is shown separately before the order is confirmed.

4.2. Payment methods: online banking (via Montonio), payment card, Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer.

4.3. The order will be processed once payment has been received (in the case of a bank transfer, once the funds have been credited).

5. Delivery

5.1. Goods are delivered in Lithuania via Omniva or LP Express parcel lockers, by courier, or can be collected from our physical shop in Vilnius (A. Goštauto g. 3).

5.2. Goods in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. The total delivery time usually does not exceed 2–5 working days.

5.3. If an item is a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date is indicated on the product page.

6. Product quality and warranty

6.1. All items sold are original, official releases.

6.2. Products are covered by a 2-year statutory quality guarantee (Article 6.338 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). Please contact [email protected] regarding any quality issues.

7. Right to withdraw from the contract (14 days)

7.1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

7.2. The Buyer shall notify the Seller of their withdrawal by email to [email protected] (either in a free-form message or by completing the sample form).

7.3. The goods must be returned within 14 days of notification. The Seller shall refund the amount paid (including standard delivery costs) no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

7.4. Exceptions (Article 6.228¹⁰(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania): the right of withdrawal does not apply to audio and video recordings (CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, DVDs) if their protective packaging has been damaged (opened). Unopened recordings are returned in accordance with the standard procedure.

7.5. The returned item must be undamaged, retain its original appearance, and be in its original packaging with all accessories (in the case of K-pop releases — all items included in the set).

8. Personal Data

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

9.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If this proves unsuccessful, the Buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt, Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius) or use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

9.2. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; any amendments shall apply to orders placed after their publication.
