Does the image not match the product description?
The photos are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly, so please choose based on the description rather than on how your monitor displays the colours.
Why haven’t I received my parcel yet? (1)
All parcels are sent by registered post. You can track the progress of your parcel yourself using the tracking code.
Why haven’t I received my parcel yet? (2)
Sometimes the post office doesn’t leave a delivery notice. In that case, go to your local post office with your tracking code and collect your parcel. If you’re in a hurry, you can also speak to the shift manager – they often help.
What is the delivery time?
In Lithuania: 1–3 working days (if the item is in stock).
If the item is not in stock: 1–5 weeks.
If the supplier indicates that the item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
How do I search for items?
Enter the artist’s first name and surname or the band’s name. The more accurate your spelling, the better the results.
Can’t find the item you’re looking for?
Please contact us at: [email protected]. Wherever possible, we will find or order it for you.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. The system will generate the invoice automatically. All you need to do is download or print it.
What about discounts?
Discounts are valid during promotional periods. Once the promotion ends, the discounts no longer apply – they vanish into thin air.
Do you ship goods abroad?
Yes. We ship via Lithuanian Post.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Can I return items I’ve bought?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Please contact us at: [email protected].
What happens if I don’t collect my parcel?
If the buyer does not collect the parcel within the storage period set by the carrier, the parcel will be returned to the seller.
Please note: in the event of non-collection, the buyer is responsible for the costs of the original delivery and return, which will be deducted from the refund.
What should I do if the goods I’ve received are faulty?
Please contact us at: [email protected]. We will replace the goods, issue a refund or offer a discount on your next purchase.
Portable record players – our policy
Suitcase-style / portable vinyl record players (e.g. Crosley, 1byone, Victrola and similar models) are not suitable for playing or testing new vinyl records. Such turntables usually lack adjustable tracking force, anti-skating adjustment, a high-quality stylus/cartridge and a properly adjusted counterweight.
Such turntables may cause the record to skip, repeat at the same point, or accelerate the wear of the vinyl grooves. A playback test carried out on such a turntable is not considered objective proof of a manufacturing defect in the record.
Please note: we do not accept claims regarding records that have been played on suitcase-type or portable record players. If you wish to make a claim regarding an alleged manufacturing defect, please test the record on a properly adjusted hi-fi turntable (with an adjustable tonearm, anti-skating mechanism and a high-quality stylus) and send us a video recording and clear photographs of the record taken in daylight.
