Returns
Audiovisual products cannot be returned.
We follow the Rules on the Return and Exchange of Goods (Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, 29 June 2001).
Uncollected parcels
If the buyer does not collect the parcel within the storage period specified by the carrier (parcel locker or post office), the parcel is deemed uncollected and is returned to the seller.
In such cases:
The buyer is liable for the costs of the initial dispatch and the return of the parcel.

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount
Failure to collect the parcel is not considered a defect in the goods or the seller’s fault.
The seller is not obliged to resend an uncollected parcel without additional payment.
